Alsbury Munday Project
The heritage home was relocated to the west side of the property and two additional homes were added to the east. The redevelopment of the property was completed in 2020 and the heritage house is now located at 903 Walls Ave.
- Lifted and move heritage house to west corner of the property.
- Restored the heritage house and built a coach house in the back of the property. Total 3000 sq ft with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.
- Built two brand new, 3000 sq ft home on the east side of the property. 7 bedrooms, 5 baths with a two bedroom legal suite.

Irwin House Project
We lifted and moved this heritage home to the East side of the property, placed it on a new foundation and restored it to it’s formal glory!
- The Irwin House sits on new foundation and was rebuilt with 2800 sq ft of living space, 6 bedrooms, 4 baths with a 2-bedroom legal suite.
- Two brand new detached homes with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a 2-bedroom legal suite each were built beside the Irwin House.
- All three units were built with high craftsmanship quality and attention to detail.
