Heritage Revitalisation Agreement with City of Coquitlam

Lifted the original heritage home, moved the home westward to the corner of the lot, built new foundation, restored heritage home and built two new detached home on the east side of the lot.

Alsbury Munday House, 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3000 sq ft home with a coach house.

Two infill detached houses each 3000 sq ft, 7 bedrooms, 5 baths with a two bedroom legal suite.
